Frankie Boyle has got to be the best comedian ever!! I've seen him Live in Belfast and could not stop laughing.

If your easily offended then it's not for you - he is brutal! But very very funny.

Rated - 3 starsWelcome to Mock The Week

I'm trapped between a rock and hard place.

I love Frankie Boyle, his comedy style is brilliant. I'm also a fan of Mock the Week, this is wherein the problem is found.

The show is unfortunately covered in his MtW material, to the point at which maybe 75% I'd already heard. Devilishly funny the first time round, but in the DVD it over-shadowed any new laughs.

If you have seen all or nearly all of Mock the Week, its probably not worth renting. If you haven't - its a must see

Rated - 2 starsOH DEAR!

I love Frankie on Mock the week but wow I’m sorry to say this but this DVD is awful the way he makes fun of the audience is so cringe worthy you feel most of audience feel it's polite on there be-half to laugh at the jokes he makes. Don't get me wrong his jokes are brilliant wait for it on Mock the week but live this man is awful, you almost feel sorry for when he doesn’t have anything to do he starts picking on fat people or people who are a little bit different, one of audience members he started to pick on almost look liked they wanted to cry when he was mocking them it ruined my enjoyment of the DVD and looked like it ruined it for certain members of the audience what a pity I expected more from Mr Boyle.

Rated - 3 starsFrankie Boyle - Live (and brutal)

A customer from Norwich , 15/11/2008

Being a fan of Mock the Week, I thought I would know what to expect from 'Frankie Boyle - Live'. I was wrong. Whilst undoubtably talented and funny, the fact that there is no limit to how low he will go can make for uncomfortable viewing. Not for the easily offended but ok if you want to lock up your conscience for 90 minutes.
